I usually wear a size 35.5, but I took a size 36, which is fine, although it runs a bit small. Otherwise, they are lightweight and comfortable, and they fold up nicely when walking, so there's no arch support issue like you might sometimes have. I'm satisfied with them, but they're sewn like running shoes, so be careful if you have strong kicks/ movements of the foot.

These are the best trainers I have bought, I bought them because of the fur inside the trainers and suffer from planter fasciitis and when I’m walking around London, there are so comfy and I hardly get any pain, there is different colours however as you can see I got grey, cannot recommend enough
